RAILWAY WORKER DIES AT HOME

        Stricken with a heart attack, James A. McCurry, 50, section foreman for the Yosemite Valley railway company, died this morning in Briceburg.

        McCurry had been employed by the railroad company six years and had been in California for seven years. He was a native of Missouri.

        He is survived by his wife Mrs. Addie McCurry, a son Charles and a daughter Mrs. Cleo Carlson, all of Briceburg. In addition McCurry leaves three brothers, S. L. McCurry, Tom and Ernest McCurry, all of MacFarlane. Two sisters are Mrs. May Williams of Oklahoma and Mrs. Genivieve Reed of MacFarlane.

        Mariposa county's Coroner W. D. McNally investigated the case. Funeral arrangements are pending at the Ivers and Alcorn funeral home.
