William Crocker, a long time member of the Board of Directors.
He was also one of the largest stockholders in the Yosemite Valley Railroad. Mr. Crocker was president of Crocker Bank of San Francisco
and was a son of Charles Crocker of Central Pacific
Railroad fame.
